Paris, July 10, 2025 — HiQuTe Diamond has raised €7.5 million to scale the industrial production of ultra-high-quality diamond wafers for quantum computing, power electronics, and next-generation sensors.
The round brings together leading public and private investors, including the Île-de-France Reindustrialization Fund (operated by Innovacom), the French Tech Seed fund by Bpifrance as part of France 2030, TF Participations, Socadif, and iXcore.
This funding will support the launch of our first pilot line in Île-de-France, multiplying production capacity by six over the next three years and reinforcing France’s and Europe’s technological sovereignty.
“The time has come to scale up. Demand is accelerating, and we are responding with performance and precision. This fundraising is much more than just financing: it seals strategic alliances and opens a new industrial chapter for technological diamond in Europe.” — Florent Alzetto, CEO
“HiQuTe Diamond embodies a strong industrial and technological ambition, perfectly aligned with the objectives of the Ile-de-France Reindustrialization Fund and the strategic challenges of sovereignty and competitiveness in the European electronics sector. The quality of the team and the technological edge already demonstrated in critical applications make it a cornerstone of this emerging ecosystem. We are very proud to support this journey and to contribute to the industrialization of this breakthrough technology in Île-de-France.” — Alban Nénert and Candice Le Gall, Ile-de-France Reindustrialization Fund (operated by Innovacom–Turenne Group)
Born from 30 years of CNRS research, HiQuTe Diamond has developed proprietary CVD processes and expertise in boron and nitrogen doping, delivering record-breaking performance for industrial-grade applications.
“We are now transforming three decades of research into a foundational material with unprecedented performance. Thanks to this funding round, we will push the limits and place diamond at the core of future power converters, sensors, and quantum processors.” — Riadh Issaoui, Co-founder & CTO
“The technology developed by the teams at HiQuTe Diamond stems from 30 years of research at the LSPM-CNRS laboratory, once again confirming the excellence of academic research in France. On behalf of the French State, Bpifrance continues to support the structuring of the diamond semiconductor sector, following its investment in the company Diamfab in 2024.” — Stéphane Lefevre Sauli, Senior Investment Director, and Alix Khaitrine, Investment Manager
